Paladin Home Inspections provides a thorough, in depth, visual examination of the structure and operating components.
Your Paladin Home Inspector will walk through the house with you and show you all the safety features and hazards, learning with you where the shut-offs are and presenting you with a complete report. Infrared cameras are used at every inspection at no extra charge.
Following the inspection, we then present a comprehensive and understandable PDF report, tailored to the eight major systems of each home:
- Structural
- Electrical
- Heating & A/C
- Basement & Crawlspace
- Interior
- Plumbing
- Kitchen
- Exterior (includes shingles & siding)
